Research funded by the university to conduct survey research to analyze quality of selected Richmond City Services. Designed and administered survey, analyzed results and submitted report.

Awarded research grant funded by Ohio State Urban Services Program to conduct qualitative and quantitative research on selected Ohio municipalities to assess fiscal health.
