Jane Beckett-Camarata in addition to lecturing at the three Russian Universities for faculty and student (grad student) audiences, she would like to do research on the use of the flat tax in Russia. Thus, she would like to do face-to-face interviews with federal and local government officials, as well as with selected members of the Duma. For example, two years ago, Alexandr N. Anpilov, Deputy of region Duma, budget, tax policy and banking and Vice Chairman of the commission on economy, and other officials met with her here at Kent.

She is also interested in Trade Policy, for that she would like to have meetings with officials on Russian Trade Policy, it would also be important.

Also, would she like to meet with the head of City Administration and others in City Administration. In addition, if possible in Moscow, she would like to meet Central Government Tax Officials.
